Hello, my name is Coach Jarman and I am excited to share my passion for cross country running with you! I have been running basically my whole life (my dad was a cross country coach), was an all-state cross country runner in high school and went on to run cross country and track for the University of Central Missouri where I conducted research on VO₂ prediction equations.  Last year was my first year coaching at Waynesville and I am looking forward to year two! All runners from beginners to experienced are welcome on the Waynesville cross country team. Our team focus is on improving as runners but also as people. Congratulations on choosing the most rewarding sport there is and I look forward to working together to achieve your cross country goals!
