Girls Varsity Volleyball vs. Kickapoo HS

Tigers Lose: 15 - 25
Tigers lose to Kickapoo Chiefs in two sets, 8-25, 15-25. Top offense players were Kallie Bildner and Ariel Okori with 5 kills each. Leader on the assists, was senior setter Kaylee Brewer with 8, followed by sophomore setter Trinity Vick with 2. Tigers middle Kallie Bildner also led the team in defense with 10 digs. Alongside her were setter Kaylee Brewer and libero Kelsey Arnold with 5 digs each. Tigers will travel to Joplin, Thursday, October 15th for their last game of the season. Games begin at 4:30 with Freshman starting, followed by JV, then Varsity.

Tigers hang with defending State Champs, yet lose in two sets, 18-25, 26-28. Leading kills for the Tigers was senior middle, Kallie Bildner with 6. Assisting her were setters Kaylee Brewer with 7 assists, and Trinity Vick with 6. Defending the Tiger court were Ariel Okori with 7 digs, Kallie Bildner and Michelle Amato with 5 and Trinity Vick with 4. Tigers will host Senior Night, Tuesday, October 13th against Kickapoo with Freshman and JV matches starting at 5:00pm and the Varsity match to follow.

Tigers Win: 25 - 21
Tigers won over Rolla in three sets, 25-22, 18-25, 25-23. Amazing defense from the back court came from several players: Kallie Bildner with 24 digs, Michelle Amato with 21 digs, Ariel Okori with 11 digs, and Trinity Vick with 10 digs. Capitalizing on great passing were offense players Kallie Bildner with 16 kills and Ariel Okori with 12. On the assists were Trinity Vick with 15, and Kaylee Brewer with 12. The Tigers worked well as a team last night and are ready for a three match week up ahead. Mountain View Liberty will be away Monday evening with JV & Varsity matches, starting with JV at 6:00pm. Senior Night will be hosted Tuesday evening against Kickapoo with Freshman and JV matches starting at 5:00pm and Varsity to follow. Tigers will travel to Joplin for the last season match on Thursday, October 15th.

Tigers Lose: 20 - 25
Waynesville loses in two sets to Camdenton, 21-25, 20-25. Battling for Tigers defense was team Libero Kelsey Arnold, running a 2.10 passing average, along with Middle Ariel Okori and  Defensive Specialist Michelle Amato running a 2.0 passing average. Leading team offense was senior Kallie Bildner with 8 kills and setter Trinity Vick with 6 assists. Tigers will face the Rolla Bulldogs this Thursday evening away, with matches starting at 4:30.

Tigers Win: 25 - 13
Tigers win in two quick sets, 25-14, 25-13 against Parkview. Leading team kills were seniors Kallie Bildner with 8, and Ariel Okori with 6. Up to assist them were setters Kaylee Brewer with 11 assists and Trinity Vick with 4. Defense Leaders were Libero Kelsey Arnold, and  Middle Kallie Bildner with 5, followed by Michelle Amato, Trinity Vick and Ariel Okori with 3, and Regan Mertz with 2. Tigers will travel to Camdenton for a conference match Tuesday, October 6th, with Freshman starting at 4:30, followed by JV, then Varsity.

Tigers Win: 25 - 4
Tigers hosted Dig Pink Breast Cancer Awarness Night and won in two sets, 25-4, 25-7, to the Licking Wildcats. Serving 9 aces for the Tigers and earning 19 points from the service line was senior middle, Kallie Bildner. Senior Ariel Okori led the offense court with 7 kills, followed by Seniors Kallie Bildner, Sarah Snyder and Junior Ashton Pilz with 4 kills each. Defending the Tiger court libero Kelsey Arnold earned 5 digs, followed by setters Kaylee Brewer and Trinity Vick with 4 digs, and defensive specialist Regan Mertz with 3 digs. The Tigers will hit the road this Thursday to Parkview with JV to play at 4:00pm, followed by Varsity and concluding with the Freshman match. Tigers are now 20-5 for our 2015 season record.

Tigers Lose: -
Tiger Volleyball placed 2nd this weekend at the Rolla Invitational. Overall record for the tournament was 5-1, dropping first place to Rolla in the Championship match, 25-21, 22-25, 21-25. The Tigers hold a season record of 18-5. Upcoming this week, is our hosted Dig Pink night Tuesday, September 29th against the Licking Wildcats, and away match vs. Parkview on Thursday, October 1st. Come support the Tigers in the next to last home game this Tuesday with matches starting at 5:00pm.

Tigers Lose: 21 - 25
Tigers lose in 3 to Lebanon, 25-21, 21-25, 16-25. Kallie Bildner gave the Tigers 16 kills, Ariel Okori gained 8 and Sarah Snyder had 3. Assisting those kills were Kaylee Brewer with 10 and Trinity Vick with 6. The Tigers were kept on their toes with covering out of system defense, giving Libero Kelsey Arnold the opportunity to gain 10 digs, Kallie Bildern, 11 digs and Sarah Snyder 7 digs. Tigers will host Licking next Tuesday, September 29th for our Dig Pink-Breast Cancer Awareness night. JV match will begin at 5:00 with a Dig Pink & Middle School Night Intermission following, and Varsity match concluding.

Tigers Win: 25 - 11
Tigers win over Zizzers in two sets, 25-14, 28-26. With a strong lead from game one, Tigers let loose some excitement in game two, and found ourselves having to dig for victory. Tigers pulled it off and now sit at a 13-3 season record, opening the door for us in the Ozarks Sports Zone Power Ranking at number 15. On the offense for the Tigers  last night were Ariel Okori, and Kallie Bildner with Okori at 9 kills and Bildner at 11. Sarah Snyder and Kelsey Arnold kept the Tigers strong from various angles of our court with Snyder at 5 kills and Arnold at 3. Assisting the strong offense  were setters, Kaylee Brewer and Trinity Vick, gaining 15 assists from Brewer and 10 for Vick. The Tigers' defense court performed a phenomenal 0.379 % digging average, accredited to Arnold with 12 digs, Michelle Amato with 5 and Regan Mertz with 2. Tigers will face Lebanon Yellow jackets next Thursday at home, with JV and Freshman games starting at 5:00 and Varsity to follow.  Please visit us at MaxPreps.com for individual stats.

Tigers Win: 25 - 21
Tigers pull out another win in three sets against Central Bulldogs, 21-25, 25-20, 25, 21. With a slow start getting the ball down in the first set, Senior Sarah Snyder helped push the team to a faster offense in the second set by gaining 6 kills for the Tigers. Following her lead were Juniors Payton Aaragon and Chelsea Morris, running a .400% attacking game. Sophomore Michelle Amato gave the Tigers a 100% serving average to keep us running stronger. Setters remained strong through all three sets. Senior Kaylee Brewer gained 16 assists and Sophomore Trinity Vick 10. The Tigers face West Plains at home Thursday, Sept. 17th. Girls Varsity Volleyball vs. Hillcrest Tournament

Tigers Lose: -
Tiger Volleyball placed 2nd this weekend at the Hillcrest Classic Varsity Tournament. Undefeated in pool play, Tigers beat Hillcrest, 25-20, 25-21, Crane, 25-21, 25-17, Sacred Heart 25-18, 25-22 and Camdenton in the first round of bracket play, 25-19, 25-19. Tigers faced Willard in Championship match and fell short of first place, 15-25, 18-25.  Overall the Tigers played extremely well as a team and look to improve upon many details for our upcoming week. We face Central this Tuesday in Springfield, and West Plains this Thursday for a conference match starting at 5:00pm with Freshman & JV, and Varsity to follow.

Tigers Win: 25 - 15
Tigers victor over Jeff City Jays in two sets, 25-20, 25-15. Senior Setter Kaylee Brewer and Sophomore Setter Trinity Vick worked as a team driving a powerhouse offense for the Tigers. On the ball for team kills were Kallie Bildner with 9, Ariel Okori with 6, Ashton Pilz with 5, Sarah Snyder and Payton Aaragon with 2, and Chelsea Morris with 1. Setting up the defense, Ariel Okori lead the team with 9 attempts and 1 solo block. On her heels defending the court were Kallie Bildner with 10 digs, Kelsey Arnold with 9 digs, Ariel Okori with 8 digs, and setters Kaylee Brewer and Trinity Vick with 5 digs. Overall the Tigers played a phenomenal game and stepped us up on the Ozarks Sports Zone Watch List. Tigers Win: 25 - 22
Tigers work to win against Osage in two sets, 25-21, 26-24. Middle Hitters Ariel Olori and Kallie Bildner showed up tonight ready to swing with 5 kills for Okorie and 9 for Bildner. Upon their heels were Libero Kelsey Arnold and Payton Aaragon with 2 kills. As the Tigers struggled in the first set to find our rhythm, phenomenal serve receive by Arnold and a solid defense with Okorie for the block gave us the sustainability to move ahead. Alongside defense,  players Michelle Amato performed a 1.0 digging game with Kelsey Arnold digging out 9 balls, and Kallie Bilder digging 8. Both setters, Trinity Vick and Kaylee Brewer assisted the offense court keeping the Tigers' tempo a fast one. Continuing on our traveling streak, Tigers will face Jeff City this Thursday, September 10th at 5:00pm for Freshman and JV with Varsity to follow. *Please see Waynesville High School via MaxPreps for individual stats.

Tigers Win: 25 - 22
First Conference win for the Tigers last night against Hillcrest! Taking the match to 3 sets kept us on our toes to finish strong for the win-25-12, 23-25, 25-22. Newcomer to our court, Michelle Amato gave Tigers a strong serving run in the 3rd set, getting us a needed advancement. Alongside her service scoring were Kallie Bildner and Kaylee Brewer, running 100% in all three sets. Tigers were lead in kills by Middle Kallie Bildner with 15, Right Side Ashton Pilz with 9, Middle Arile Okori with 8, and Outside Sarah Snyder with 5. On the defense to protect our court, were Kallie Bildner with 5 solo blocks, Kelsey Arnold with 13 digs Michelle Amato with 0% errors from the middle back. Tigers Win: 25 - 12
Another victory for Tiger Volleyball! Winning in two sets, 25-19, 25-12 against Union, Tigers have now pulled ahead in our season record to 3-2. Leading in team kills were Kallie Bildner with 10 kills, and Ariel Okori with 8. Assisting those kills were Trinity Vick with 13, and Kaylee Brewer with 5. Junior Kelsey Arnold averaged 2.39 in defensive passing and gave the Tigers 2 kills. Junior Ashton Pilz ran a .600 attacking game with 3 kills and zero errors. The Tigers will face their first away match against the Hillcrest Hornets tomorrow, September 3rd with the Freshman match starting at 4:30, and JV, Varsity matches to follow.

Tigers Win: 25 - 10
Tigers tallied another win last night against Dixon, giving us 2-2 win/loss record. Senior Kallie Bildner earned 10 points in the first set in serves, and 11 points in the second set. Offense all the way around was strong for the Tigers. Libero Kelsey Arnold, and right side, Ashton Pilz both gained a kill, Along with Sarah Snyder, Ariel Okori, and Kallie Bildner who gained several kills. Assisting those were Varstiy setters, Kaylee Brewer and Trinity Vick. The Tigers face Sullivan tonight, September 2nd, with Freshman and JV games starting at 5:00 and Varsity to follow.

Tigers Win: 25 - 15
GET YOUR BLACK SHIRTS OUT! Tigers ran a 4.36 defense last night, giving us a two set win, 25-15, 25-22. Junior Kelsey Arnold gave the Tigers 9 digs and passed a phenomenal 4.95 for serve receive. Senior Kallie Bildner came in swinging with 9 kills and aiding in defense with 2 solo blocks. Senior Classmate, Ariel Okori also swung strong with 7 kills and captured 3 solo blocks. Assisting with the offense team was Senior Sarah Snyder with two kills and Senior setter, Kaylee Brewer with 9 assists. New-comer to Varsity setting this year, Trinity Vick performed solid defense with two right back digs and 7 assists. The Tigers will face Dixon this Monday, August 31st, with Freshman and JV games starting at 5:00pm, and Varsity to follow.

Tigers Lose: 20 - 25
Tigers lost to Nationally ranked Helias in two sets, 12-25, 20-25. Leading our defense team was Kelsey Arnold with 9 digs, and Ariel Okori with 6 solo blocks. Newcomer to our court, Chelsea Morris supported our team's defense with a solo-block to the right side of our court. The team's serve receive percentage fell from our performance against Glendale Friday night, leading to a struggle in running our offense. Even so, we managed to pull through 14 team kills. Leading the court was Kallie Bildner with 5 kills, followed by teammates Ariel Okori with 4 kills, Ashton Pilz with 2 kills, and Sarah Snyder with 1 kill. Assisting these kills were Kaylee Brewer with 12 Assists and Trinity Vick with 2 assists. Tiger Volleyball competes with Marshfield tomorrow evening starting with freshman and JV at 5pm, Varsity to follow at 6pm. Come cheer us on with your best Hawaiian dress to help us earn our black jerseys.
