In a game wracked by 24 fouls and three yellow cards, the Warrensburg Tigers beat Waynesville 4-2 Friday afternoon in the Central Missouri Soccer Invitational at Camdenton High School. Warrensburg capitalized on Waynesville errors for each of its goals, going ahead 2-0 before Camia Blash scored on a perfect shot off of Elizabeth Sisson's cross from the right side midway in the first half. The goal energized the Waynesville attack, but Warrensburg went up 3-1 at the half. Blash cut the deficit to 3-2 with a nice dribble-drive to set up her second goal, but Warrensburg scored on a direct kick with 23:49 left to put the game away. Both teams had nine shots on goal and Waynesville had five corner kicks to just one for the winner.
